We aim to have order fulfilment complete and goods processed for delivery within 2-3 days when the product is in stock.

We have tracked shipping within New Zealand and Australia, this will generally be between 2-6 business days for New Zealand. Shipping to Australia times can vary, however the product is usually delivered between 10 -15 business days.

Returns

14 days return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original purchased condition and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. You must have proof of purchase.

Our delivery times are on track within NZ but taking slightly longer than usual for international, but all items are fully stocked and are still able to be shipped.
